Union Township's court on Caldwell Avenue runs morning sessions Monday to Thursday and 6:00 p.m. sessions three nights a week. Do not confuse it with Union City: Union Township crimes go to Union County in Elizabeth.

Union Township is a different place from Union City in Hudson County, and the two have separate courts. Union Township's court is at 981 Caldwell Avenue, apart from the municipal building at 1976 Morris Avenue, and holds evening sessions three nights a week. We take Union Township cases from our only office, in Newark.
