Sussex County's Judicial Center is at 43-47 High Street in Newton, on the same street as the Prosecutor's Office at 19-21 High Street. It shares a vicinage with Morris County. The 12-hour IDRC lists a Sparta mailing address, and 48-hour placements go to the Morris/Sussex program in Morristown. With no rail line, most clients reach court by Route 15, Route 23, or Route 206. DASI is both the DCF-funded domestic violence program and the Abuse Intervention Program provider for Sussex, serving towns such as Vernon, Hopatcong, and Hardyston.
