Freehold is the center of Monmouth County's court system: the courthouse on Monument Street, the Prosecutor's Office at 71 Monument Park, and the 12-hour IDRC in the Human Services building on Kozloski Road are all in town. Shore communities such as Long Branch, Asbury Park, and Red Bank are on the North Jersey Coast Line, which runs to Newark Penn. Victims' services in domestic violence cases come from 180 Turning Lives Around, the DCF-funded program for Monmouth.
