Essex is our home county: our only New Jersey office, at 3 Gateway Center, is in Newark, the same city as most Essex County court buildings listed on njcourts.gov. The Prosecutor's Office mails from the New Courts Building in Newark, and the county's 12-hour IDRC is on Martin Luther King Blvd, also in Newark. Clients from Irvington, East Orange, Montclair, or Livingston usually start in their own municipal court.
